sterling silver, copper, brass, garnet.

This piece is based off of sacred geometry, the fibonacci set (0, 1, 1, 2, 3, 5, 8, 13, ... ), and dance. Just from these roots, there are a great number of other inspirations that tie in to it- including the figure. The figure is an actual person, or shall i say, the figure was done from a sketch of an actual person while dancing. She, too, shares the same fascination with me about these subjects. This was created as a gift to her. please not that it was also created to scale and proportion using the Fibonacci set, including the golden curve. the garnet stone setting was utilized as the base measurement that the rest of the piece was created around in scale.
